I Develop: Content, People, & Organizations
With a BSED in Mathematics Education from The University of Georgia as my foundation, I embarked on a journey that led me through years of teaching in traditional schools and successfully managing a tutoring business. Over a decade ago, my path converged with the Development Team at Georgia Virtual School, a sector under the Georgia Department of Education, where my fascination with Instructional Design and eLearning Development took root.
Presently, my capabilities have expanded into educational excellence where I serve as North Point Ministries Multi-Campus Preschool Director. As a talent development professional within the corporate landscape, I have managed multiple Learning Management Systems, conceptualized and created eLearning content catering to diverse learners, conducted virtual and in-person training sessions, and adeptly led a team of Talent Development Specialists.
My learning journey is constantly in motion. I have acquired an Instructional Design and eLearning Certificate from The University of Georgia and attained the CPTD Credential (Certified Professional in Talent Development). This ignited a deep aspiration within me to become a licensed coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In January 2025, I will begin pursuing a Master’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies at Wheaton College.
